At Hot Sauce Bawse LLC, we work hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Because of this fast turnaround, cancellations are limited and must follow the guidelines below.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
Before Your Order Ships
You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order.
To cancel your order, email us immediately at:

If the order has not begun processing, we will cancel it and issue a refund.
2. Orders Already Processed or Shipped
Once your order has moved into processing, is packaged, or has shipped, we can no longer cancel it.
Because our products are perishable, we are unable to accept returns for orders already shipped.
Please refer to our Refund Policy for damaged or incorrectly received items.
3. Pre-Orders & Special Releases
For pre-orders or limited-edition drops:

Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours after placing the order

After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed
We often prepare or bottle limited items in advance, so cancellations become restricted.
4. Subscription Cancellations (if applicable)
If Hot Sauce Bawse launches a subscription program in the future:

You may cancel your subscription at any time

Cancellation must occur before the next billing cycle

Orders already charged cannot be canceled

5. Incorrect Information on Orders
If you entered the wrong address or order details, contact us immediately:
If your order has not yet shipped, we will attempt to correct it.
If the order has already shipped, we cannot make changes or issue cancellations.
6. How Refunds for Canceled Orders Work
If your order qualifies for cancellation:
