Hot Sauce Bawse LLC – Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Hot Sauce Bawse! We work hard to get your sauces delivered quickly, fresh, and safely. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be shipped and what to expect during the process.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed in the order they are received.

  • Standard Processing: 2–4 business days

  • Peak Times (holidays, promotions): Processing may take slightly longer

  • We do not ship on weekends or major holidays

If your order is delayed, we will notify you by email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your location

  • Weight of your order

  • Shipping method selected

Typical delivery times once shipped:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost

  • Local Events / Pop-Ups: Pickup options may be available if listed

Delivery time estimates do not include processing time.

3. Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship using:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • All U.S. states

  • U.S. territories (may require additional shipping time)

International shipping may be added in the future.

5. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
Hot Sauce Bawse LLC is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages lost due to incorrect addresses

  • Additional shipping fees required to reship returned orders

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be asked to pay for reshipment.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is scanned by the carrier, it becomes the carrier’s responsibility.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost packages marked as “delivered”

  • Delays caused by carriers, weather, or holidays

  • Stolen packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact the carrier first.

We will assist when possible, but cannot guarantee refunds for carrier issues.

7. Damaged Packages

Although less than 1% of our shipments arrive damaged, it can still happen.

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Email us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number

  • Attach photos of the packaging and broken bottles

We will replace damaged items or refund affected bottles (shipping costs are non-refundable).

8. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.

9. Returns

Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns.

Damaged items are handled according to our Refund Policy.
