Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
You have 7 days from the date your order was delivered to notify us of any damage or issue.

We will review all cases regardless of the timeframe, but for the most accurate assessment, please notify us within the 7-day window.

Non-Returnable Items

All Hot Sauce Bawse products are perishable goods and cannot be returned.
If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, feel free to reach out to us.

Refunds / Replacements

Less than 1% of our shipments arrive damaged, but if a bottle breaks during shipping, we’ve got you covered.
